Finatext, a top Japanese fintech, aimed to launch Pipster in London a smart trading platform simplifying markets for millennials. Using AI powered Twitter sentiment analysis, it predicts trends with plans to automate trading via intelligent bots once refined.

A key focus was ensuring a great user experience, so I created a survey outlining steps like trading, closing positions, and learning within the app. The goal was to gather user feedback on what worked well and identify areas for improvement
